This movie is basically showing us how easily manipulated people can be through charm and persuasion. It can be looked at as a warning to be more aware. Even though he never showed any warning signs it’s still something to ponder. And that’s not saying Hollywood doesn’t tend to romanticize things, but Bundy WAS consider to be the utmost charmer. The movie basically is trying to pull you into a mindset that allows you to experience the same infatuation these women had before they were lured to their death..

He was extremely likable and charming and good looking. This was something that made people empathise with him. If this is what you're pissed at then it means that they're doing something right..
